Ms. Harris currently resides in London and brings more than 30 years of international experience as an Assurance and Advisory Partner of Ernst & Young. She has been based in London since 2005 working with clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa focusing on the Technology, Media, Entertainment, Consumer Products, Oil & Gas and Automotive industries. In addition, she worked extensively throughout Poland, Russia, the Ukraine, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Turkey and India working with UK and US multinational companies expanding into the Region. She served as a coordinating partner for several global film studios and consumer products companies.

From 1999 to 2005, she led Ernst & Young's Asia Pacific Risk and Advisory Services practice in Tokyo. In that role, she worked with multinational companies throughout the region to help improve internal controls, corporate governance, due diligence, security, business continuity and operational and financial reporting. She led many of the firm's initiatives to help organizations with the complexities of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and similar regulations worldwide. In addition, she was a lead partner on multiple merger, acquisition and joint venture projects.

Prior to her move to Tokyo, she advised many global clients and served in various leadership roles in Paris, New York, Chicago, Atlanta and Houston. A sample of clients served include The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, Cadbury Schweppes, LVMH, Hermes, Disney, Viacom, NBC Universal, NSK, Nokia, Merlin Entertainment, Spyglass, Alticor, Vodafone, Sony, Hitachi, ICI, Sony, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Pernod Ricard, Anglo American, HP, River Road, Pfizer, Microsoft, Apple, Astra Zeneca, Morgan Stanley and Royal Dutch Shell.

She holds several professional certifications and is a regular speaker and panelist on governance, international and leadership issues. She is a regular attendee of the Fortune Most Powerful Women in Business Summit, on the National Council of the American Film Institute and serves on several corporate boards. Elaine graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Business Administration.
